Bonding Pouches Our bonding pouches were first designed by us approximately 12 years ago. Being marsupials, we assumed that sugar gliders would feel better if they had some sort of hanging pouch to be carried in. Therefore, after much experimentation with our own gliders, we came up with the bonding pouches that we now make and sell. Our bonding pouches are approximately 7” square. They are made with a drawstring and can be carried around your neck. The pouches are made of 100% cotton to keep your glider cool all year round. They are machine washable. They should be worn where the glider is near your heart. These pouches are beginner’s pouches to help with the bonding process the first few months. Later, the Glide-A-View or Zipper Pouch makes a better pouch for transportation. The bonding pouches are available in a variety of colors and patterns.
